Mr. Joe Paul Bryant, age 75 of Opp passed away Monday, Feb. 20, 2017 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017 at Keahey Funeral Home. Rev.  Jay Driver will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to services.  Burial will follow in Mt. Gilead Baptist Church Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include his daughter, Vicki (Clyde) Wicker of Opp;

Nephew, Ronnie Bryant of North Carolina; grandchildren, Cory Williams, Whitney Frederick, Nicole Stewart, Lila Ziglar, Haley Strickland, Dillon Elmore; several great grandchildren.

Mr. Bryant was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Bryant, daughters, Tammy Strickland and Kim Stewart; his parents, Burey Bryant and mother, Nora Bryant; brother, Don Bryant.

Serving as pallbearers were Clyde Wicker, Larry Wicker, Dillon Elmore, Cory Williams and Clay Ziglar.

Mr. Bryant was a graduate of Straughn High School and attended Good News Chapel.
