Vickie Lynn (Smith) Moore

Vickie Lynn Moore age 64 of Opp passed away 
May 15, 2025, in a Dothan hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, May 18, 2025, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. Rev. Derwood Cleland and Rev. Donnie Marler will officiate. Flowers will be accepted, or memorial contributions may be made to Finding Friends Dog and Cat Rescue, ℅ Kelley Fore, 22032 Airport Road, Andalusia, AL 36421. Interment will follow in Stone Lake Gardens. 
Serving as pallbearers will be Alex Mitchell, Adian BiFalco, Kevin Bales, Lee Shaddix, Harrison Smith, and Evans McVay.
Keahey Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.  

Left to cherish her beautiful memory, her father, Elbert Smith; children, Christy Catrett (Roy) of Opp; Eric Shaddix (Ashley) of Westville, Florida; son-in-law, Evan McVay and stepson, Braxton Moore (Jessica);

her brother, Jonathan Smith (Jenny), sister, Amanda Mitchell (Tom), niece and nephews, Maci Smith, Harrison Smith and Alex Mitchell 

grandchildren, Karen Catrett (Dawson), Cassie Catrett (Kevin), Adrianne Shaddix, Lee Shaddix, Lila Henderson, Bo McVay, Kayleigh Poole, Keaton Poole, Lealand Moore, Braiden Myers; great grandchildren, Ryder Catrett, Virgel Hensley, Kandallyn Booth, Houston Booth, Kaliyah Poole, Zacarri Fedrick.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Brannon Smith, her loving husband, Thomas Moore, grandmother, Leona Smith, stepdaughter, Somer McVay.
Vickie was a member of the West County Line Church in Opp; she always worked very hard at whatever she did. She was an avid animal lover and caretaker and enjoyed traveling. She will be greatly missed.
