Roy Alfred Crawford, Jr.

Roy Alfred Crawford, Jr., 68, of Andalusia passed away at the local hospital early October 1, 2025.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, October 9th, 2025, at Keahey Funeral Home. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service. Graveside services will follow in Stone Lake Garden Cemetery with full military honors from the United States Navy.

Roy was born in Montgomery on May 9, 1957, to Roy Alfred Crawford, Sr. and Barbara Braswell. He served in the United States Navy just short of 3 years and did become a disabled veteran. In 2006, the family moved from Holt, Florida to Andalusia. In his retirement, he enjoyed working on electronics, fishing and was a talented chef.

Roy is survived by his wife, Sarah Elizabeth Crawford; son, Archie Williams of Reno, Nevada; two daughters, Angie Brown (Nane) of Warrior, Alabama and Rebecca Brower of Andalusia; son, Lee Brower of Andalusia, AL; brother Charles (Samantha) Crawford of Cullman, Alabama; sister Lynn Prescott of California; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
