Obituary
Rosetta Elvira Riddle, age 87 of Summerdale, Alabama passed away Saturday, July 22, 2023 at her residence. She was surrounded by her family.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at Cope-Keahey Funeral Home in Evergreen. Rev. Jerry Smith will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. A private internment will be held. Great grandson, Mickey Doss will sing at the graveside. Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Doss, Timothy Keith, George Ellis, Michael Scroggins, John Smith and Mike Sanders.
Left to cherish her memory, adopted daughter, Melissa Hill (William) of Summerdale; one sister, Hazel Olsen of Foley; grandchildren, Obie Smith of Andalusia; Daisy Mills, Marilyn Ellis, Johnny Julian, Melissa Doss, Teresa Parker, April Julian and Georgina Julian; 29 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Obie Riddle in 1996, and other years by daughters, Judy Ann Riddle, Rosemary Spangenburg, Linda Smith and Marilyn Horton; three sisters and one brother.
