Richard Kelley Obituary

Richard Duane Kelley, Sr., age 84 of Red Level passed away October 5, 2023 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at Keahey Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. Rev. Adam Carlee will officiate the services. Burial will follow in the Old Mormon Church Cemetery in Loango. Serving as pallbearers will be Ryan Moorman, Jamey Gunn, Joe Grantham, Mitchell Cleland, Amy Johnston and Derrick McDonald. Honorary pallbearer will be Ray Huckabaa.

Left to cherish his memory, daughters, Janice Kelley; Teresa Raines of Red Level; Donna Holley (Keith) of Baker, Florida; sisters, Louise Bass (Jimmy) of Red Level; Janice Grantham (Joe) of Dothan, AL; grandchildren, Jason Kelley (Ivey), Lacey Jones, Sonya Andrews, Ryan Moorman (Cierra Merrill), Danielle Robertson (Michael), Garrett Kyser, Keitha Moorman; numerous great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Zollie Benjamin Kelley and Helen Leona Nyman Kelley;

two wives, Rozell Kelley and Jean Benbow Kelley; sons, James Kelley and Richard Duane Kelley, Jr.; and a sister, Peggy Smith (Frank).

Mr. Kelley was a farmer most of his working life. He will be greatly missed. Keahey Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
