Reginald Alto “Reggie” Shaw, age 73, born September 6, 1952, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2026, at his residence in Ozark, AL, surrounded by his loving wife and family.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 24, 2026, at Richland Baptist Church Cemetery with Brother Danny Ellis officiating.
Reggie was a member of Rosinton Road Baptist Church in Robertsdale, AL. He graduated high school and was a surveyor for Lowe Engineer Company in Atlanta, Georgia. He enjoyed woodworking, playing his harmonica and guitars, bird watching, and riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle with friends. He will be remembered for his love of family, his hobbies, and the joy he brought to those who knew him.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Donna Lynn Shaw of Ozark; daughters, Laura Melanie Termine of Bay Minette, Alabama, Holly Kay Miller (Bobby) of Rehobeth, Alabama, and Ivy Nicole Core (Patrick) of Knoxville, Tennessee; one brother, Max Shaw (Myrtle) of Clio; one sister, Barbara Calhoun of Troy; and grandchildren, Conner Weekly, Adrianna Termine, Jacob Miller, Riley Paige Miller, Megan Core, Mollie Core, and Emmy Core. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and great-nephews who affectionately referred to him as “Uncle Fuzz.”
Reggie was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Julian Shaw (2018).
Pallbearers will be Gary Hughes, Terry Robinette, Nathan Holloway, Allen Floyd, Benjamin Ketcham, and Justin Holloway.
