Monroe Cooley Obituary

Mr. Monroe Harry Cooley Sr. of Andalusia passed away at his residence Sunday, November 8, 2020. He was 85. Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 11, 2020, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Reverend Scott Vernie will officiate. Interment will follow at New Home Baptist Church Cemetery. Left to cherish his memory, wife, Betty Jean Cooley of Andalusia; sons, Ricky (Rebekah) Cooley of Andalusia, Marty Cooley of Andalusia, Victor Cooley of Andalusia, step-son, Steve (Cindy) Webb of Arkansas, and son-in-law, Steve Dunn of Texas; one sister, Katherine Cooley Hosford of Mobile; five grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren. Mr. Cooley was preceded in death by his first wife, Nettie Davis Cooley.
