Michael Van Elledge

Michael Van Elledge, age 68 of Opp passed away January 6, 2025 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, January 10, 2025 at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. Rev. John Eiland will officiate. 

Left to cherish his memory, loving wife of 39 years, Debbie Elledge of Opp; sons, Michael Paul Elledge (Beth) of Illinois; Thomas Jeffrey Elledge (Erinn) of Illinois; Darin James Brown, Jr. (Candelynne) of Texas; daughters, Monica Lynn Henderson of Missouri; Stacey Annette Klitzka of Opp; brother, Doyle Wayne Elledge (Mary) of Haneyville, AL; 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Michael served in the U.S. Army for over 16 years. He was a faithful member of Greentree Christian Fellowship and loved reading his Bible and attending Bible studies. He also enjoyed spending time in his woodworking shop. He was greatly loved and will be dearly missed.
