Mary Frances (Green) Gay

Mrs. Mary Frances Gay, of Andalusia, passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at Opp Mizell Memorial. She was 78.

Mrs. Frances was a faithful member of Good News Chapel. She enjoyed playing music with her husband, tending to her flower beds and spending time with her family. 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am., Saturday, December 11, 2021, at Good News Chapel with Bro. Jay Driver officiating. Interment will follow in the Good News Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, December 10, 2021, at Keahey Funeral Home. Keahey Funeral Home is entrusted with the services.

Survivors include, sons, Rex (Christy) Gay of Andalusia, Shane (Julie) Gay of Andalusia, daughters, Kathy (Billy) Gilmore of Andalusia, Sharrie Jean Gay of Andalusia and Patsy Gay (Bo) Blackwell of Andalusia, daughter-in-law, Michelle Gay of Andalusia, grandchildren, Sharrie Frances Byrd, Brannon Duke, Samantha Gilmore, Nichole Green, Aaron Gay, Tyler Blackwell, Isaac Gay, Luke Gay, Jared Gay, Olivia Gay and Lydia Gay, great-grandchildren, Renae Byrd, Savannah Byrd, Emily Byrd, Natalie Duke and Tobias Duke.

Mrs. Gay was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Gene Gay, son, Tony Gay and siblings, Annie, Burie, Charlie, Ruby, Pauline, Margaret and Kate.

Serving as pallbearers, Rex Gay, Shane Gay, Isaac Gay, Aaron Gay, Brannon Duke and Tyler Blackwell. Honorary pallbearers, Jared Gay and Tony Gay.
