Leon Garrett Obituary

Leon Lamar Garrett passed away May 14, 2025, in the Andalusia hospital.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at Ray's Chapel, 140 West Bogia Road, McDavid, Florida 32568. Keahey Funeral Home directing.

Left to cherish his memory, Leon Lamar Garrett, Jr. of Orlando, Florida; Willie Ellis of Indiana; daughters, Elizabeth Garrett of Red Level; Lisa Llynn Moore of Georgia; Angelia Hope Howard of Red Level; brother, Avis Garrett (Gennie) of Grand Bay, Alabama; sisters, Artie Brown of Bay Minnette, Alabama; Barbara Dandrea of Davisville, Florida; Frances Weaver of Atmore, Alabama; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leon Merland Garrett and Catherine Gilmore Garrett; brothers, Wayne Garrett and Dalton Garrett; two grandchildren, Vanessa Page and Shawn Michael Page.

He loved gardening and animals.
