Obituary
Mr. Joshua E. Bass of Opp, formerly of the Crestview, Florida area passed away August 8, 2023, at his residence. Joshua was born July 23, 1980, to Marvin D. Bass Jr. and the late Sharon Bass. He was 43.
Funeral services are incomplete and will be announced later by Keahey Funeral Home of Andalusia.
Left to cherish his memory, wife, Shinoia Barnhill Bass of Crestview, Florida; sons, Dallas and Dylan Bass, Gavin Barnhill of Crestview; daughters Andrea Barnhill and ”Mercedes Kelley' of Crestview, Florida; ex-wife Katherine Bass, father and stepmother, Marvin D. Bass, Jr. and Lisa Bass; brothers, Robert (Debbie) Bass and Hank (Mary) Bass; nephews, Michael Bass; Hank Bass, Jr.; Justin Bass, and Laredo Yardley; nieces, Ashley Bass, Treasa Bass and Olivia Nixon; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and longtime friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother Sharon Bass and nephew Zachary Bass; paternal grandparents, Marvin and Kathleen Bass; maternal grandparents, Fern and Winona Barrow.
Joshua was hard working son, husband, and father he was greatly loved by his family, friends and he loved all of them and will forever be missed. Josh also loved the "great outdoors" from the river to bonfires, fishing and hunting to off roading there was never a dull moment with Josh around. In lieu of flowers donations towards final arrangements can be made to funeral home.
