Jimmie Thompson, age 82; passed away on August 28, 2021 in Laurel Hill, FL. Jimmie is survived by his wife Margaret "Peggy" Thompson; son Christopher Thompson; sister and husband, Laura and Ronnie Mitchell; grandchildren Gary and Amanda Thompson, Terry and Lakishia Thompson, Cory and Maria Brown; great-grandchildren Marissa, Savannah, Ayden, Noah, and Payton; daughter-in-law and husband, Theresa and Robert Chapman. Jimmie is preceded in death by his parents Earl and Kennie-Murl Thompson and brother Jackie Thompson. The family will hold a private memorial service at home.
