James Randall “Randy” Ward, age 65 of Andalusia passed July 17, 2025, at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, July 21, 2025, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive one hour prior to the services. Rev. Fred Kelley will officiate. Special music will be provided by Tommy Cantline. Interment will follow in Smith Cemetery in the Brooklyn Community. Serving as pallbearers will be Mason Farley, Tim Worley, Hunter Ward, Christian Jackson, Bobby McDuffie, Nathan Frank and Jacob Yancey.. Keahey Funeral Home is directing. Randall attended Pleasant Home School. He retired as the Superintendent of the Covington County Water Authority after 30 years of service. Left to cherish his memory, loving wife, Monica Ward; children, James Michael Ward (Jessica) of the Wing community; Melissa Kelley (Jamie); Brittany Frank (Nathan); Jacob Yancey; all of Andalusia; father, James Harold Ward (Allene) of the Brooklyn Community and mother, Helen Maddox Bates of Andalusia; brother, Rodger Ward of Andalusia; sister, Tami Ward McDuffie (Bobby) of Andalusia; grandchildren, Michael Hunter Ward (Kelsey), Hailey Ward, Christian Jackson, Kyleigh Jackson, Kaylee Frank and Alex Frank. He was preceded in death by a sister, Theresa Partain.
