Helen Pickron Obituary

Mrs. Helen Carpenter Pickron, of Montgomery, formally of Andalusia, passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2019, in Alexander City, AL., after a brief illness. She was 82.

A graveside service was held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 31, 2019, in Lowery Cemetery (19774 Highway 52. Kinston, AL. 36453); with Rev. Ed Ganus officiating. Keahey Funeral Home of Andalusia was entrusted with arrangements. The family received friends from 12:30 P.M. until 1:30 P.M. Saturday, August 31, 2019, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel in Andalusia.

Mrs. Pickron is survived by her son Gary Pickron of Wetumpka; nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Q. P. Pickron; two daughters, Ann Hickman, and Gail Cartwright; one daughter-in-law, Regina Pickron; and two grandchildren, Gary Pickron Jr., and Salena Cartwright.
