Gladys Garner Obituary

Mrs. Gladys Hartley Garner, age 85, of Andalusia, passed away Monday, March 5, 2018, at her residence. She worked for many years as a sewing machine operator at Alatex.

She is survived by her husband, Edward Garner of Andalusia; her sons, Roger Hammond of Dozier and Joe Griggs of Andalusia; her grandson, Rodney Hammonds; and her great-granddaughter, Reanna Hammonds.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, March 8, 2018, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel in Andalusia with Rev. Calvin Feagin officiating. Interment will follow at Stonelake Gardens in Andalusia. Asked to serve as pallbearers are: Richard Garner, Joe Griggs, Jerry Philyaw, Dillan Ziglar, David Hammonds, and Rodney Hammonds.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 7, 2018, at Keahey Funeral Home.
