Eula Grey Sowell

Eula Grey Sowell, age 79, of Red Level, passed away June 26, 2023, at Andalusia Hospital.  Eula was born in Covington County on November 11, 1943, to William Joseph and Willie Mae (Mitchell) Seales.  She had several siblings that made life interesting and fun.  She went to school here in Covington County then she met her future husband, Thomas.  She began her career at Andalusia Distributing Company as a stocker while she raised her family.  She lived her life to the fullest and was loved by many.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at River Falls Cemetery.  Reverend Michael Bush will officiate. The family will receive friends at 10:00AM at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel until time to leave for the cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Edgar Lambert, Chris Threat, Ricky Seales, Shepherd Seales, Lane Threat, Joshua Bush and Dustin Bush.

Left to cherish her memory are her stepdaughters: Sherry (Casey) Roper of Andalusia and Angelia Kay Worley of Andalusia, sister, Glenda Fuller of Andalusia, sister-in-law, Patsy Seales of Loango, grandchildren, Sheridan Wright of Andalusia and Jamisyn Wright of Andalusia, great aunt, Gay Lambert.  Preceding her in death are husband, Thomas Sowell, two infant children, Joseph Allen Burnham, Diana Burnham, brother, Wayne Seales, sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Robert Morris, brother-in-law, Donnie Fuller.
