Elsie Juanita (Doss) Comans

Elsie Comans of Andalusia passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022, at her residence. She was 92.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, August 20, 2022, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at Keahey Funeral Home one hour prior to services. Rev. Chester Watson will officiate. Eulogies will be given by her son, Stanley Comans and grandson, Mark Glenn. Interment will follow in Stone Lake Gardens Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing.
Left to cherish her memory, son, Stanley Comans and wife, Mamie of Wilmer, Al; daughters, Brenda Comans Herout and husband, Edward of Moss Point, MS; Cathy Griffin and husband Bill of Andalusia, AL; sisters, Geneva Watkins of Pascagoula, MS; Doris Ragsdale of Milton, FL; numerous grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Elsie was born April 30, 1930, in Dora, Alabama to Clyde Doss and Gladys Freeman Doss. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. L.V. Comans and was a faithful member of the First Pentecostal Church of Andalusia. She was a strong Christian woman and will be greatly missed.
