Dr. Francis Allan Wiggle, Sr. of Andalusia passed away on November 1, 2023 in the Andalusia hospital. He was born in Richmond, Virginia on October 7, 1934.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the chapel one hour prior to the services. Rev. Josh Wilson will be officiating and special music by Jamal Curry. Interment will follow at Andalusia Memorial Cemetery with full military honors by the U.S. Army.

Left to cherish his memory, loving wife of 69 years, Dixie Nelle Martin Wiggle; daughters, Carol (Ron) Haag of Andalusia; Kim (Chuck) Hemler of Ft. Myers, Florida; grandchildren, Ashley Zandy, Shannon (Adley) Hemphill, Aaron (Angie) Haag, Michelle (Spencer) Chance, Scott Haag, Heather (Wade) Harris; great grandchildren, Carter Harris, Samuel Harris, Asher Harris, Ty Palmer and Hadley Jane Haag; brother-in-law, Hebert (Patricia) Martin and sister-in-law, Billye Carson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a son, Francis Allan Wiggle, Jr.; sisters, Florence Awe and Phyllis Cooler.

Professionally, Dr. Wiggle was an educator and architectural draftsman. He served in the U.S. Army was a veteran of the Korean War. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and an avid Auburn fan and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
