Obituary

Donald Post, age 82 of Pell City, formerly of Andalusia passed away Thursday, September 7, 2023, in the Colonel Robert L. Howard State Veterans Home.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, September 8, 2023, at Harmony Baptist Church. 

Left to cherish his memory, daughters, Rhonda Regular (Chris) of Pell City, Alabama and LaDonna Lucky (John) of Ider, Alabama; grandchildren, Lenzie New, Jeslyn Macon, 1st Lt. US Air Force, Katie Lucky, and Sarah Lucky; great grandchildren, Myiah Raetz, Rynlee New and Josie New; sisters, Sue Sanderson of Lincoln, Alabama and Meredith Murphy of Foley, Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Post and siblings, Charles Post, Jean Hudson, and Eleanor Webb.

He served in the Army National Guard and the US Navy; he was a commercial truck driver and in his younger years was an active member of Harmony Baptist Church.
