Clifford Smith Thomas, III, 47, of DeFuniak Springs passed away August 23, 2024.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, August 30, 2024, at West Highland Assembly of God Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. Rev. Stacey Gaston will officiate. Interment will follow in the Bradley Cemetery in Wing.
Clifford was born on September 23, 1976, in Algiers, Louisiana to Clifford Smith Thomas, II and Margaret Colleen Karney. He spent 1 year in college and spent most of his career as a glass glazier. He was a member of West Highland Assembly of God in Andalusia, loved fishing, and obtained his Level 2 Rocket Technician Certification.
Left to cherish his memory, wife Angelia Smith Thomas; daughter Ariel Michelle Thomas (Austen Goode) of Huntsville, AL. Furry friend "Mr. Mann." Mother and step-father Margaret (John) Monde of Abita Springs, LA; step-father Kenneth Mark Helmstetter of Covington, LA; Paternal step-grandmother Joyce Helmstetter of Metairie, LA; step-mother Lila Jo Thomas of Gantt, AL; brothers Jeffrey Thomas (Wendi) of Lakeland, FL, Christian Helmstetter (Ashley) of Manderville, LA, Carlos Henderson (Amanda) of Gantt, AL, and Kevin Henderson of Andalusia, AL; sister Ashley Helmstetter of Abita Springs, LA; step-sister Vicky Camilleri (Chris); and numerous nieces and nephews.
