Clara Belle Owens Feagin

Feagin, Clara Belle Owens, 88, of Andalusia, passed away peacefully, going home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on December 12, 2020. She was born to William, (W.L) and Ida Belle Owens on Monday, July 18, 1932. She was raised in Damascus, AL and graduated from W.S. Neal High School in 1951. Clara married Andrew “Andy” B. Feagin, Jr. on Sunday, December 18, 1960, and they were married for over 30 years. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend and will be greatly missed. Throughout life, she never wavered in her faith and was a member of Northside Baptist Church. She always displayed grace and humility everywhere she went and with everyone she met. She cherished her family and enjoyed watching Alabama football games. She is preceded in death by her husband (Andy), parents (William Lawson and Ida Belle). She is survived by her children, Huey (Jane) Feagin and Neal (Kristi) Feagin; grandchildren Hunter Feagin, Tayt Feagin, Spencer Feagin, Lance Feagin, Talan Feagin, and Lindsay Brown; great-grandchildren Piper Feagin and William Feagin; beloved siblings, Lamar Owens, and Jerry (Edna) Owens; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 17, 2020, at Sepulga Cemetery, Mount Union, AL, Conecuh County with Rev. Barry Wilkinson officiating. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the graveside service. Keahey Funeral Home of Andalusia directing. Pallbearers will be Jim Brown, Mark Craig, Spencer Feagin, Glynn Ralls, Chuck Studstill, Donnie Weaver, and Honorary pallbearer, Rhett Barbaree.
