Betty Jean Rhodes

Mrs. Betty Jean Rhodes, age 73, of Andalusia, passed away Monday, April 29, 2019, at her residence.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, May 2, 2019, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel in Andalusia; with Rev. Bill Butler officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services (10:00 A.M.) in the chapel. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home of Andalusia directing. Serving as pallbearers: Steve Gains, Royce Gains, Anthony Carter, Cody Sasser, Trey Morgan, and Christopher Gains.

Mrs. Rhodes is survived by her children, Shelia Terry (Robert Mitchell) of Andalusia, Ronnie (Terri) Rhodes of Gantt; six grandchildren, Niki Williams (Cody Sasser) of Elba, Tye (Amanda) Williams of Andalusia, Caite Rhodes of Gantt, Corissa Byrd of Andalusia, Amanda Morgan of Gantt, and Trey Morgan of Gantt; five great-grandchildren, Brylee Williams, Addi Williams, Kason Byrd, Callie Crysell, and Collin Crysell; one brother, Tommy Russell of Andalusia; and her sister, Hazel Searcy of Andalusia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Rhodes.

She loved vegetable gardening, wood crafting, and spending time with her family.
