Barbara Gomillion Obituary

Barbara Ann Gomillion, age 75 of McKenzie passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at her son's residence.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00a.m. Saturday, March 1, 2025 at New Home Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Cory Willis, Bryce Watson, Logan Watson, Jeremy Owens and Chris Morrow.

Mrs. Gomillion is survived by her loving husband James Gomillion.
Son, Christopher (Sandy) Merritt of McKenzie; daughters, Rita (Kenny) Willis of McKenzie and Bonita (Wayde) Jones of Rose Hill; Brother, George (Linda) Gorum of Andalusia; Sister, Margie (Roger) Palmer of Prattville; Grandchildren, Cory Willis, Brandi Stinson, Victoria Smith, Erica Folmer and Peyton Morrow; along with twelve great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Woodrow Merritt.
