Mr. Junior Hagler died Friday, May 17, 2019. He was 65.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 19, 2019 at the Glad Tidings Assembly of God church in Blue Spring. Rev. Kenneth Hagler and Rev. Danny Rieben will be officiating the services. Burial will follow at the Concord Methodist Church Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home of Clio directing.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
Mr. Hagler is survived by his brother Charles Hagler of Blue Spring; four sister, Linda Oglesby (Dudley) of Ozark; Peggy Simmons of Blue Springs; Judy Ellenburg (Mark) of Phenix City, AL.; Janie Hagler of Clio; Nephews, Dennis (Caroline) Hagler of Midland, Georgia; Kenneth (Valerie) Hagler of Blue Springs; Bobby Dean (Renee') Hagler of Blue Springs; and many other nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Mr. Hagler was a 1972 graduate of Clio High School who played basketball, baseball, and football for the Clio Yellow Jackets. He was an active member of the Sr. League Softball Team in Columbus. He moved to Columbus, Georgia in 1979 and only recently returned home to Blue Springs.
He was preceded in death by his father Andrew Loyd Hagler; Mother, Lula Moates Hagler; and three sisters, Bernice Hagler, Frances Hagler, Elizabeth Hagler.
Pallbearers for Mr. Hagler will be as follows: Rick Musser, Paul Kizinkiewicz, Rodger Miller, Kenny Smith, Fred Martin, and John Raymer.
