So many memories flooding my mind. When we came as pastors of Mt Olive in 1985 Sis Verlon and Bro Rocky always treated us as their children. Always making sure we had plenty of their fresh veggies during the garden season. Sis Verlon's quite spirit always was refreshing. Bro Rocky had a story to tell. They both were solid in their faith and never wavered and were often the voice of reason. Though we have been gone for a good many years we have never forgotten them. Heaven's sounding sweeter for sure today. Love and prayers. The Parkers

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Ms. Verlon. I remember her as a child when I would visit my grandparents. My grandparents were HB and Mae Galloway. Ruby is my aunt.
Ms. Verlon always had such a quiet and gentle spirit.She was always smiling when I saw her.
