Ruth Viola McKathan

Mrs. Ruth Viola McKathan, of Semmes, AL., passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019, at her residence. She was 88.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 9, 2019, at Pleasant Home Baptist Church Andalusia, AL.; with Rev. Fred Kelly, Rev. George Riek, and Rev. Ashley McKathan officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 9, 2019, at the church. Keahey Funeral Home of Andalusia has been entrusted with arrangements.
Mrs. McKathan is survived by her husband, Miles McKathan of Semmes, AL.; one son, Wayne Earl (Helen) McKathan of Mobile, AL.; one daughter, Sherry Jean (Bill) Hanners of Orlando, FL.; four grandchildren, Jason Hanners, Corey Hanners, Denzil McKathan, and Megan McKathan Costes; six great-grandchildren.
