Michael Scofield

Mr. Michael Scofield, age 53, of Florala, passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at his home.  He worked for the City of Florala, loved fishing the lakes and rivers around Florala and Covington County and hunting, and especially enjoyed working on his farm and with his cows.  He was an avid Alabama football fan. 

Michael is survived by his mother, Lorene Scofield of Florala; his wife, Melissa Scofield of Florala; his children, Brittany and Nick Lennard of Crestview, FL, and Christopher and Jordan Cosby of Opp; and his grandchildren:  Addison, Sydney, Hance, Graclyn and Thomas.  He was preceded in death by his father, J.C. Scofield.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 4, 218, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel of Lockhart with Rev. Johnny White officiating.  Burial will follow in North Creek Cemetery in the North Creek Community.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday, August 3, 2018, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel.
