Frances Broadaway Greene

Mrs. Frances B. Greene, 71, passed away at her home in Clayton Thursday, June 14, 2018.  Frances was employed for 29 years at the Alfa Insurance office in Eufaula before her retirement.    

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, John Greene, Jr.; her son, Richard Frank (Kimberly) Davis, Jr. of Martinsville, IN; her dear sister, Mildred Broadaway (James) Taylor of Montgomery, AL; her grandchildren, Julia Alisa Davis and Braxton Blake Davis; her loving sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Edward and Gail Miller of Bakerhill, AL; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.   She was preceded in death by her daughter, Melissa Dianne Davis; her father, Major Broadaway, Sr.; her mother, Ruby Cope Broadaway; and her brother, Major “Buster” Broadaway, Jr.

 Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, June 17, 2018, at Prospect Baptist Church with Rev. Bob Cox officiating.  Burial is following in the church cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers:  James Miller, Jr., Scott Hudspeth, Junior Potts, Randy Green, Mark Greene, and Greg Burnham.   Keahey Funeral Home of Clio has been entrusted with arrangements.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 P.M until 6:00 P.M. Saturday, June 16, 2018, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel of Clio.
