Erik Hartzog Obituary

Mr. Eric James Hartzog of Opp passed away unexpectedly October 5, 2019. He was 37.

A private memorial service will be handled at a later date.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Gina Gossett Haztzog of Louisanna; father, Albert (Mary) Hartzog of Opp; grandfather, Albert (Frances) Hartzog, Sr. of Mobile; brother, Jeremy (Kasey) Hartzog of Louisanna; sisters, Sharna (Timmie) Dyar; step sister, Edyth Anne Janes of Opp, Amanda Renee Hartzog of Opp, Rebecca Lynn Hartzog of Mobile.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Mary Frances Guerin and James William Gossett.

Mr. Hartzog had served in the U.S. Army National Guard and had worked in a local cabinet shop. He loved fishing and hunting and being outdoors.
