Edna Cross Obituary

Mrs. Edna Mae Cross of the Leonia Community went to be with her Lord, Jesus Christ on Monday, October 21, 2019. She was 86.

Born November 9, 1932, in Walton County, Florida, Mrs. Cross was a lifelong resident of the Leonia Community. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Cross in 1977.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, October 23, 2019, at Leonia Baptist Church. Rev. Rod Jones will officiate. The family will receive friends at the family’s residence (1827 Carroll Road, Ponce DeLeon, Fl) from 6 p.m., Tuesday, October 22nd, until time to depart for the services at the church on Wednesday. Interment will follow in the Leonia Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home of Lockhart entrusted with arrangements.

Mrs. Cross is survived by a son, Charlie Wayne Cross of Leonia; daughters, Nan (Wayne) Carroll of Leonia, Marie (James) Carroll of Leonia, and Barbara Cross and Tommy Jones of Samson; brother Carlton Carroll of Leonia, 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.
