Mr. Bobby H. Nowling, age 76, of Florala, passed away Sunday, October 15, 2017, at his home.  He was born September 5, 1941, in Hosford, Florida.  Mr. Nowling was a good husband, a loving father, and an avid coon hunter, and gardener.  He loved animals and watching nature shows.   He spent time in the US Army and working for the railroad industry during his career.

He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Eddie Nowling; by his sons, Rick (Kayla) Simpson of Ohio, Bobby Lee (Melissa) Nowling of South Carolina, Marty McDonald (Sherry) of Crestview, FL, and  his step-son, Richard McDonald of Arizona; three grandchildren ; and his sisters, Maggie Lavon Ledbetter of Sebring, FL, Minnie Morris of Leigh, FL, Annie Robinson of Sebring, FL, and Eloise Ross of Ft. Myers, FL.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at Faith Deliverance Apostolic Church, 21106 Kickapoo Avenue, Florala, AL, with Bishop Nathaniel Belcher officiating.  Interment to follow at Stone Lake Gardens in Andalusia.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service at the church.
