Mrs. Stacy Lee Jones, age 43 of Andalusia, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2012 at her residence following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday, December 17, 2012 at the First Baptist Church of Andalusia. The family will receive friends from 3 to 6 p.m., Sunday at Keahey Funeral Home in Andalusia and at the church on Monday one hour prior to services. Rev. Jason Green and Rev. Scottie Harris will officiate. Burial will follow in the Cold Water Congregational Church Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include her husband, Dr. Troy Jones of Andalusia
Two sons, Chandler Jones and J.W. Jones
Daughter, Zoey Jones, all of Andalusia
Father, C. C. McElwain and her mother, Maxine McElwain of Hot Springs, Arkansas
Father-in-law, Rex Jones and mother-in-law, Esther Jones of Andalusia
Brother and sister-in-law, Eric & Thresa McElwain of Waynesboro, Georgia
Sister and brother-in-law, Stephanie & Mike Duncan of Ocala, Florida
Brothers-in-law and Sisters-in-law, Clark & Anita Jones and Alisa & Adam Creel
Several nieces and nephews
Serving as pallbearers were, Adam Creel, Mike Duncan, Clay Elmore, Ashton Elmore, Colton Elmore, and Buddy Wilkes.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions maybe made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, 5005 LBJ Freeway, Suite 250, Dallas, Texas 75244
It has been a joy to know Stacy; she was a fighter, a hero too many and a kind warm hearted person. I have had the pleasure of spenting time with her parents and found them too be wonderful people....they should be proud of Stacy and her dedication to her family and friends.
